  Most people are respectful of the dogs on lead policy, which really helps when you're still training your pup.

  I've seen warnings of snakes and I suspect they'd be quite prominent in the warm months. Not too concerned outside of summer.

  A lovely walk. Hike past tge reserve to the top of Granite track for a rewarding view of the city, Phillip Island and Ocean Grove

  The gardens and paths are tidy and well maintained. There could be a few extra spots to sit around the lake, but the grass is kept short so on a dry day it's nice to sit on the ground.
